QUALITY POLICY OF ENTES

ENTES engages in construction and electro-mechanical installation activities, and is committed to deliver highest standard of professional services, to serve, satisfy, and care for our clients in the construction industry by turning conception into reality, emphasizing long term quality objectives of quality, safety, progress, environmental protection, and cost effectiveness to achieve continual improvement.

To achieve our goal, ENTES is implementing an effective quality management system, which conforms to ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

The performance and suitability of this quality policy will be reviewed annually to ensure continual improvement on the effectiveness of the quality management system. All members of ENTES are required to enhance their quality awareness, understand their respective quality responsibilities and consistently implement this quality policy.

To realize these policy objectives senior management is committed to:

Promoting a culture of quality awareness and responsibility, through leadership, communication and training, for direct employees, suppliers and subcontractors.

SELECT

Choosing suppliers with the same high ambition regarding quality, safety and environment as ourselves.

PROVIDE

Providing adequate resources, including a management representative, to fulfill the Company’s commitments.

INTEGRATE

Integrating systems for Safety, Health, Environmental, Personnel, Industrial Relations and Quality Assurance, to ensure a seamless, consistent and effective management system.

INVESTIGATE

Investigating all instances of under-performance to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

REVIEW

Conducting regular reviews at all levels to monitor performance, producing plans for improvement, and reporting against objectives.

MAINTAIN

Maintaining an effective quality management system which conforms to ISO9001:2008 requirements.
