Turnkey construction of 32 km road, 2 lanes of 7.3 m total width and 2 m wide shoulders at each side, including earthworks, substructure, superstructure, asphalt pavement, culverts, retaining walls, gabion walls, rip rap, drainage structures and road furniture. 
The road passes from 4.200 m altitude at the Pamir Plateau, closest logistics (diesel, food, spare parts, etc.) center was at 12 hours distance. Extremely hard climatic conditions, very challenging logistic support. This road is at the Tajikistan-China border and part of the road connecting Central Asia to Indian Ocean.
